Today is the final day without all the Fall Sports teams being in action and will help get you primed for all of this weekend’s action as over the next 24 hours we’ll have season previews for each of the teams starting their season this weekend and game previews for all of the action this weekend. While we’re waiting for those though go ahead and sink your teeth into the Knights Notes for September 1st.

Yesterday’s News

- Connor Myers (’12) and the South Bend Cubs continued their skid as of late falling to the West Michigan Whitecaps, 3-1 in another pitcher’s duel that the Cubs just couldn’t get ahold of. Myers would go 0-3 in the loss with two strikeouts. (Link)

Knight of the Day: There wasn’t a lot of Middletown Athletics nor Middletown Athletics Alumni in action today so this crown will fall to Connor Myers.

Today’s Happenings
