We our less than 5 days away from our high school sports season getting underway for the majority of the teams so we countdown as you read the Knights Notes for August 30th.

Yesterday’s News

- The Junior Varsity Girl’s Soccer team scrimmaged the Walt Whitman Vikings to a 0-0 draw.

- The Varsity Girl’s Soccer team was not as lucky though as they fell to Walt Whitman, 3-0.

- Connor Myers (’12) went 1-3 in the South Bend Cubs, 2-1 win over the Great Lakes Loons but his one hit was a big one as his 2nd career home run was good enough to bump the Cubs over the Great Lakes Loons. (Link)

Knight of the Day: Only one Middletown Knights alumni in action yesterday and he did fairly well for himself, so Connor Myers is our Knight of the Day for August 29th.
